Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Delivery is generally within 10 days after processing, but some countries may take several weeks depending on their postal systems.
When you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and subsequent emails with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them. You can also contact team@annabey.com if you for some reason you don’t receive your tracking number at all.
As this is a very limited-production collection, we do not have any discount or coupon codes.
Shipping to any location that we deliver to is CHF 20, unless your order is over CHF 500, in which case shipping is free of charge.
Taxes and duties will vary depending on the purchase destination.
With respect notably to customs duties, customers should particularly note that given that the Products are shipped from Switzerland, such duties (as well as other relevant taxes) will be levied on the imported Products.
Some countries may experience very high import taxes and/or customs duties. Please contact your local customs office to anticipate the correct duties and taxes for your country prior to placing your order.
In the event that a return or exchange is necessary, first contact team@annabey.com, and they will provide you with instructions.
Please remember that the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility (except in the case of a severe defect, in which case team@annabey.com will provide you with further instructions).
Most refunds will be processed within 5 working days. If your item becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfill your order, your refund will be automatically processed within 15 business days.
If you’ve already placed an order and you need to make a change PRIOR to its shipping, please contact team@annabey.com and they will provide you with assistance.

The place of manufacture is Bulgaria, a European Union country.
The garments fit as shown on the Sizing Chart and generally fit true to size.
When a garment has a particularly slim or oversized fit, it will be noted on the item’s description.
In addition, Anna’s height and the garment size that she is wearing in each individual listing is noted.
Anna ensured that her manufacturing was performed with ethically-sourced materials in a clean, fair-wage facility that has passed European Union inspection standards. This facility is woman-owned.
We will never sell your information. The only time your information is shared with others is to fulfill your order e.g. creation of address labels by the shipping company. It cannot be used by them or anyone else for their own or any other purpose.
